LightXtreme VPN Terms of Service
These terms set out your rights and obligations regarding account registration, subscription, client use and after-sales service with LightXtreme VPN. We want them readable: how subscriptions are counted, how refunds work, and what is allowed are all on this page. Downloading, installing or using LightXtreme VPN means you have read and accepted these terms.
1. What the Service Is
LightXtreme VPN provides cross-region network acceleration and privacy protection, with clients for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Android TV, Apple TV, Linux and Chrome, Firefox and Edge extensions. The network covers 70+ countries and regions across 2,000+ servers; the exact nodes available are shown inside the client.
Trials and subscriptions
The first get includes a 30-minute free trial. The service itself is subscription based and you can pick whichever plan fits. Every plan allows up to 3 devices to be online at the same time under one account.
Payment methods
Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, credit cards, PayPal, Google Play and Stripe are supported. Subscriptions activate as soon as payment succeeds; settlement timing depends on the payment channel.
2. Refund Rules
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of activation you can request a refund from the client or by email; once confirmed, the related subscription ends. Subscriptions older than 30 days or already used proportionally cannot be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
Compensation for outages
If our servers cause prolonged connection failures and you report them promptly, we may extend your subscription as compensation.
3. Usage Rules
When using LightXtreme VPN you must comply with the laws and network usage rules of your jurisdiction, and must not use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to:
- attacking, intruding on or disrupting other networks or servers, or conducting fraud, phishing or other unlawful activity;
- bulk registering accounts, sharing or transferring them, or abusing trial and subscription resources through automation;
- transmitting illegal or harmful content, or infringing the intellectual property, privacy or other legitimate rights of others;
- using the service in a way that breaches the terms of the platform it is used on.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that breach these requirements, and to pursue legal action where appropriate.
4. Ownership of Intellectual Property
The intellectual property in LightXtreme VPN's client software, website content, interface design, icons and word marks belongs to LightXtreme VPN and its respective rights holders. Without written permission you may not copy, modify, decompile, redistribute or use them commercially. Personal data you generate while using the service lawfully remains yours.
Service changes
We may adjust features, node layout, plan pricing and promotions from time to time and publish the changes on this website. Material changes affecting subscription benefits are announced in advance, and existing subscribers keep the benefits they paid for until their current period ends.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, LightXtreme VPN is not responsible for connection drops or performance fluctuations caused by force majeure, carrier outages or local policy changes. Please note that a VPN changes the route your traffic takes, and some sites may refuse VPN traffic because of their own risk controls.
